PRODUCT REVIEWS
Brass-Fix UK may request a product and service review via email after any transaction. This is a one-off request which is solely related to the transaction and product in question, it is not part of our standard marketing communications. Review requests are regarded as ‘Market Research’ and as such we are not under obligation to ask for permission however you can choose not to receive the request by contacting us after your order has been placed.

RETURNS POLICY
INSTRUMENTS
When you purchase an Instrument from Brass-Fix UK., we give you a 14 day trial period to make sure it’s the correct Instrument for you. If not we refund the full cost of the Instrument, minus shipping costs.
GENERAL ACCESSORIES
Should you wish to return an accessory bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully saleable condition, within 14 days of purchase. Returns (UK & International). All goods are available on a 14 day approval, from day of receiving goods, with the option to return for refund or exchange if they are not suitable or damaged. In all cases return postage costs are to be covered by the customer, unfortunately these cannot be covered by Brass-Fix UK.
